Tom DeWolfe, the Executive Chef & owner, began working in the food service industry in the late 80s. He has honed his craft as the head chef at a conference center for the past eight years. He is committed to providing outstanding food and service.

Chef de Cuisine Denis Pilon has extensive experience. Denis has worked with in several kitchens throughout the U.S. and brings a French background and innovation.
